AIShown is an AI Presence Management service that scores your visibility in AI search engines and generates content to improve it — including reports, articles, schema markup, execution plans, and social content. By using AIShown, you agree to these terms.

Provided in accordance with Decreto-Lei n.º 7/2004 of 7 January (Portuguese Electronic Commerce Law) and applicable EU regulations.
This is the most important section. Please read it carefully.
All content generated by AIShown — including your AIShown Score, identity analysis, authority audit, articles, schema markup, llms.txt files, task recommendations, social content, and Weekly Intelligence Briefs — is produced by artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude API) based on publicly available web data and the inputs you provide.
You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing or implementing it. If you publish without reviewing, you accept full responsibility for any consequences — including factual errors, reputational damage, or legal issues. AIShown is not liable for any consequences arising from the use or publication of AI-generated content.
We make no guarantees about whether your AIShown Score will improve, whether AI engines will recommend you more frequently, whether our content will lead to business outcomes, the accuracy of specific data points in your report, or uninterrupted service availability. AIShown is provided "as is."
You are responsible for providing accurate brand information, keeping your account email current, not sharing your account, and not using another person's brand data without permission. We use magic link authentication — your email is your identity on AIShown.
Paid subscriptions (Pro and Growth) are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically. Prices are in euros (€) with all applicable taxes included. Cancel anytime through your profile page (Stripe Customer Portal) — your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. Your data is not deleted on cancellation; request deletion separately at [email protected].
Refunds: we do not offer refunds for partial months.
EU consumer right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU): if you qualify as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase. However, by subscribing you acknowledge that AIShown begins processing your report immediately. You may still request withdrawal within 14 days at [email protected]; if your report has already been generated, we may retain a proportionate amount for the service delivered.
Price changes: your rate will not change as an existing subscriber without at least 60 days notice and the option to cancel.
Yours: your personal data, brand inputs, and all AI-generated content we produce for you. You can publish, modify, and distribute outputs however you want.
Ours: AIShown's platform, methodology, scoring system, pipeline, prompts, and design. Your subscription gives you access to the service — not the underlying technology.
Our data: aggregate statistics from anonymised analysis belong to AIShown. We may publish aggregate findings (such as "60% of creators score below 20") without identifying individual users. We will never identify you individually without your explicit written consent.
You agree not to: scrape or systematically extract data from AIShown; resell or white-label reports as a competing service; use AIShown for brands you do not own or represent; reverse-engineer our scoring methodology; submit false data to manipulate scores; use AIShown to harass or impersonate others; or circumvent security measures. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by Portuguese and EU law:
AIShown's total liability to you is limited to the total subscription fees you have paid in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
AIShown is not liable for: indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; loss of revenue, data, business opportunities, or reputation; consequences of publishing AI-generated content; actions taken by AI engines; service interruptions caused by third-party providers; or damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Portuguese or EU law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.
If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Portuguese Republic. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Lisbon, Portugal. EU consumers retain their mandatory rights under their country's consumer protection laws.
